We are so proud of our dyslexic section, which consists of Barringtonstoke, Dyslexic Rulers, Toe by Toe to name a few. Our dyslexia section is loved by our customers, and is viewed as the jewel in Khans Books' crown, offering a wide variety and choice within this niche area.

Besides our Early Readers section, our dyslexia collection is what makes us unique amongst book stores, and is greatly appreciated by young and old alike.

In Store, we have many products for assisted learning, including Autism. These are available for everyone who requires assisted learning, beacause as Khan says "this way, everyone can buy a book in Khans Books."

Khans' giving spirit is what moved her to create an assisted learning section and become a specialist in the field of Dyslexia books. Along with the fact that Khan herself is dyslexic and dyspraxic! Instead of viewing dyslexia and dyspraxia as a burden, she instead, views them as a gift - neither deterring her from pursuing her goal of opening her now, well-loved book shop in the heart of Kilkenny.

Although Khan is dyslexic, she has a great love of books and wants those, who suffer from dyslexia, to not let it stop them from reading.
